Islahi Trust formed and Registered by the well wishers of the community under the Indian Trust Act (Reg.No:105/86) and Registered office at Islahi Complex, Bank Road, Kannur-1. This Trust is running a CBSE Affiliated English Medium School and B.Ed Teacher Training College at Villagemukku in Kuttiyattoor Panchayath about 17 Km from Kannur,named as Salafi Educational Complex. This Complex situated in a rural area with green senari,fresh air and ample water.
MISSION
The aim and object of the Trust shall be to cater to the educational and economics needs of deserving and weaker morals, ethics, and dissemination of knowledge among the people irrespective of religion, caste and creed.
CURRICULUM
Being affiliated Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi, the school follows NCERT syllabus for all classes from I to XII. KG section fosters new methodology of teaching-learning process enabling the little buds to open up themselves.
ADMISSION
Admission will be given strictly on merit and it will be confirmed after an interview and written test if felt necessary. The minimum requirement of marks for admission is 50% in all subjects for all groups.

Principal’s Message
First of all I express my hearty gratitude to write a few words and deliver a message. Being the principal of Salafi, it gives me immense pleasure to say that our school has groomed itself into a full fledged senior secondary school affiliated by CBSE.
Our school is unique in several ways. We have implemented the activity based education envisaged by CBSE. We view the concept of discipline in an entirely different perspective .We don’t enforce discipline through corporal punishment. Regarding the discipline in a classroom, it should be consistent. Our teacher exhibits good morals like consistency, mutual understanding, moral courage, compassion and even displays proper manners in teaching right from wrong. They strive their maximum effect to help each student to reach his or her maximum goal or potential. At the same time a teacher has to be a role model and his /her deeds should not fall below the standards of dignity.
Our school definitely maintains a smooth communication with parent and encourages their full fledged involvement within the school community as well as promoting education in the home.Last but not the least as the principal of the school, I am proud to say that this institution is ours and it is proud of us. In short the success of the school lies in the progress, success and development of its children.
